The name Casa Blanca comes from the name of the home of descendants of Juan Ponce de Leon, the first governor of Puerto Rico which is located four blocks away from the apartment with ample gardens and white walls, as its name indicates.

The soul of this apartment is the indoor patio, which the entire apartment goes around. The patio is decorated with tropical plants ideal to sit in the shade and enjoying that great book you have been meaning to read all year.

The apartment consists of a master bedroom, living room and kitchen with dining for four. As you enter the apartment through the living room you will find the perfect combination between modern and rustic Old San Juan style, with its white walls and brick floor. The living room has a closet, ½ bathroom and a sleeper sofa for two additional guests.

Across the patio you will find a fully equipped kitchen & dining. In between these two rooms, two Old San Juan doors lead to the master room. The master bedroom has a queen size orthopedic bed and a master bathroom decorated with cream travertine which blends perfectly with Casa Blanca’s ambiance.

Super fantastic location with museums, food and shopping with-in blocks. Hands down better service than at a hotel, and they have a shop next door so it is really easy to ask a question or address any issues. If you are looking for a place in Old San Juan look no further.

What an excellent find! We stayed only the weekend at the end of our vacation to Puerto Rico and Caleta 64 was exactly as beautiful an experience as advertised. The authentic Spanish-Colonial architecture is impressive - a learning experience in itself. The owners are friendly and helpful; the location is superb for exploring Old San Juan and the price was quite affordable. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment on the first floor and the furnishings and decor were fabulous.
A great find! We will absolutely plan to stay again.
